Well, my text will be not structured, but will contain some tipps and motivation how to start that. Please dont judge me...im just expressing my thoughts and sharing experience with my way.

Starting smth, you should really be interested in what you are going to sell or provide. Of course, if you interested in IT, you should like computers and know programming. For example, my father has his own business and he is in love with cars. Once he asked to order spare part for the car from abroad (cuz its cheaper). Even though it was in Russian, i didnt get any word: which car, why, size and what i really need. I started with the translation, decided to find in English, was soooo many options, i was actually lost. Was surfing the whole night trying to find this part in English, then in German, cuz there is no delivery to Russia from the USA....(No comments). But having found in German (my German is not that good to surf car parts) smth similar, i decided to send the link to my father and check if this is the right one. No, it wasnt. It was similar, but not the appropriate one. I continued my search with him, trying to translate from German or English all the characteristics to the details. The perfect thing that amazon or ebay shows similar products, that helped a lot. Thanks. The moral of the story is that you should understand that you are going to do with your ideas. For me, I have nothing to do with cars and spare parts.

Several days ago I was visiting really interesting event, devoted to young entrepreneurs and how to develop and realize your dreams into reality.

Its not the biggest event in the world, just a small one in small city in Russia. Im interested in developing my native city, thats why I was visiting this event, just to see people and introduce myself.
I keen on knitting, taking photos, sewing clothes, good at accounting, communicating with people, like drinking and dancing, but bad at singing) What can i do with this set for example? Now Winter is coming, so my ideas were: we need smth warm to drink..not only coffee or tea. Having lived in Germany for 1,5 year and tried all the variants of mulled wine (german: Glühwein), i decided that we really need a stand also here in my city, where people can buy it outside and there is no need to go inside to the restaurant or cafe.
There are a lot of pairs and beloved in parks. Its cold, but then warm with wine and they hold their hands...so they need smth to warm not only inside, but outside) So i can knit mittens, scarfs and write: " I love you", " "Someone`s boyfrined", "someone's girlfriend", "hold my hand and never let me go" or even warm clothes for small kids, embroider smth.. and thats it. How I started developing my ideas. Im not going to give you all the info how to do this, this u can easily find in the Internet and in native language, just giving you some ideas to express yourself.

First case is copying smth, but you can also set up a business with becoming a franchesee. The most popular and expensive one is McDonald`s. Dont be afraid and think all the time that you need huge amount of money. There are some special programms and grants, so you can win money to start ur project or you can start from tiny sum of money you have already saved. If you are good at accounting and know how to deal with the bureucracy, then you are lucky, but anyway, i recommend you to hire a good one, so you dont need to worry. Find a place to start ur business, buy phones. There is NO NEED to buy everything new, you just need smth, that works! If you like organizing events, check the market. You will think that there are a lot of competitors, yes, of course, you have them a lot, but ur aim is to be the best!
If you like beer or you possess the secter receipt, given from your grand-grand-mother, then try this area. If you are not sure about smth, i can suggest you, for example, to buy copy of smth and check this product. Even a stand, you can order a copy. A lot of people established clothes shops, but mostly those clothes are from China, India, Korea. Check aliexpress.com, there you can find details for everything, may be you can create a new vehicle or musical insrument....
I was thinking of buying a waffle maker, you can choose different forms and shapes. Ice cream, cotton candy, fruits in chocolate....

The thing is that your accountant or lawyer will help you with the documents and tell you that you need. In my case, I was checking all the Internet, visiting infocenters to get the info and was talking to successful businessmen. The more questions you have and details you ask, the more skillfull you become.
If you are a young mum and dont know what to do...start producing own bio products to ur child, create with ur hands books, toys, clothes (Acryl painting/knitting/sewing), create a blog, where you can share your creativity.
I mentioned already about franchising. Some variants I can also advice. If you like one brand, so you can ask them if they would like to work with you and expand their business to Russia and your city.
